Job Title - Service Deliver Partner

Location - London


This function will be Will be responsible to drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle (Beginning from on-boarding till exit) He/She should Manage the existing HR Processes. along with applying Company policies to support delivery and execute growth programs as directed, closely work on the technology related process Improvement. The candidate Will be responsible to improve & redesigned processes. Applied thoughts. Design Thinking Methodology used in the company. Thorough understanding about processes.

What we’d want you to do ?

  • Ensure that all regular process deliverables are met on time with quality and accuracy requirements
  • Handle risk effectively and mitigate – Identifies, tracks and implements preventive approaches to proactively mitigate risk and keep stakeholders posted
  • To ensure that scheduled and structured meetings occur with customer whenever required
  • To ensure that process improvements that create value for the project and organization happen regularly
  • Management of Escalations at local location
  • Design Reports to provide information to next levels and stake holders
  • Maintaining integrity and confidentiality of all the documents/ data pertaining to employee records and employee information
  • Ensuring Data security compliance
  • Identify problems/issues proactively before they turn into escalations
  • Manage crisis if required
  • Uphold company values and principles at all times
  • Compliances knowledge
  • Adherence to Quality policies and requirements
  • Design Reports to provide information to next levels and stake holders

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors/ Master Degree in HR Domain
  • Strong communication (English)
  • Experience of working on HRIS systems (Workday preferable)
  • Hands on experience on MS Office
  • Interpersonal and client handling skills
  • 6 months to 3 years’ experience in HR Services
