Neeyamo is Recognized as “Star Performer” and “Major Contender” by Everest Group in its Multi-process Human Resource Outsourcing Report

Los Gatos, California, Aug29, 2012

Neeyamo, a global provider of HRO, has been named a ‘Star Performer 2012’ in the Everest Group Performance | Experience | Ability | Knowledge (PEAK) Matrix, published in the July 2012 ‘MPHRO Service Provider Landscape and Capability Assessment’ report. It is one of just five global providers to be given this recognition. It was also acclaimed as a Major Contender in Multi-process Human Resource Outsourcing (MPHRO). Everest Group’s annual ‘MPHRO Service Provider Landscape and Capability Assessment’ report’ highlights Neeyamo’s strong advancements in client acquisition and enhanced delivery capability.

The ranking was determined by Everest Group’s comprehensive evaluation framework PEAK Matrix, which evaluated and classified Neeyamo and 19 other global HRO providers into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Emerging Players based on market success and delivery capability, which is measured by the ability to successfully deliver services in terms of scale, scope, technology capability, and delivery footprint. Neeyamo advanced in 2012 from the Emerging Players to the Major Contenders category. Neeyamo is the only sub-billion dollar provider to be acclaimed as a Major Contender and is also the youngest player in the PEAK Matrix.

In 2011, Neeyamo:

  • Signed five new MPHRO contracts and had the largest market share amongst all Indian-heritage providers in terms of new contracts signed in 2010-11
  • Set up two new Global Delivery Centers in Pune, India and Manila, Philippines
  • Doubled its strength of HRO FTEs

“At Neeyamo we are incredibly proud of our capability to deliver HR outsourcing solutions that are not only global but are grounded to individual customer’s business realities.  Our result-oriented SLAs as opposed to traditional process-centric SLAs is a reflection of our understanding of customer’s HR business needs and our commitment to deliver value”, commented Ashok Bildikar, CEO, Neeyamo. “Our focus is on innovation and efficiency in service delivery. Case-in-point is our non-invasive integrating proprietary toolsets that work in conjunction with client’s HR technologies without requiring any customization or system up gradation. This enables us to automate significant amount of HR administrative activities resulting in high quality hire-to-retire services at very competitive price points.”

Everest Group vice president and co-author of the report Rajesh Ranjan added: “In a relatively quick timeframe, Neeyamo has shown commendable progress in terms of market success and delivery capability advancements. Besides serving the mid-market clients in the developed market, its success in providing MPHRO services in emerging markets such as India is especially noteworthy.”
