Neeyamo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to lead and grow our global sales team for pre-employment background screening services. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to guide a high-performing team towards ambitious revenue targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 3 to 4 sales professionals covering global markets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team revenue targets (USD 3 million annually).
  • Support the team in complex sales pursuits, including direct client engagement.
  • Mentor, coach, and train team members in sales execution and strategy.
  • Conduct impactful presentations and communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
  • Manage and respond to RFPs and formal procurement processes.
  • Leverage CRM tools and other sales platforms to track performance and pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Experience and Skills

Expectations:

  • MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, preferably in Human Capital
  • Management (HCM) or Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO).
  • Proven experience working with global clients and international markets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
