Head of Integration


As the Head of Integration, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of various systems, processes, and technologies. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all components work together efficiently to support the company's overall objectives and growth strategy.

Your role in a nutshell

As our Head of Integration, you would have to strategise & architect secure data bridges; Leverage expertise to optimize operations & projects. Foster strong partnerships for seamless data exchange and also build a high-performing, innovative integration team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive an integration strategy aligned with company goals for efficiency and growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify integration opportunities for better outcomes.
  • Guide integration methods, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead design and architecture of secure, reliable, and scalable integrated systems.
  • Manage all stages of the integration lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and maintenance, and provide technical expertise and guidance on integration methodologies, tools, and practices.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their integration needs.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and customers for seamless data exchange.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing integration specialist and engineer team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the integration team.

Experience and Skills


  • Someone who has worked in a corporate environment and has worked in a similar role will be preferred.
  • Should showcase professional behaviors; uphold company policies and guidelines.
  • Capability to perform tasks autonomously and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing integration projects or initiatives.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in integration technologies such as APIs, ETL, middleware, and messaging protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
