Quality, Security & Privacy at Neeyamo

Neeyamo has the following certifications.

1. ISO 27001: 2013

To create an environment that maintains Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of Neeyamo customers’ and other stakeholders’ information & assets through continual improvement.


2. ISO 9001: 2015

Neeyamo is committed to fulfilling customer expectations and enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering quality solutions to all interested parties through continual improvement.


3. ISO 27017:2015

ISO 27017:2015 refers to the Code of practice for information security controls applicable to the provision and use of cloud services. The certification demonstrates the organization’s ability to provide security controls for cloud services.


4. ISO 27018:2019

ISO 27018:2019 refers to the Code of practice for the protection of personally identifiable information (PII) for the public cloud computing environment.


5. SOC 1 Type II / SSAE 18/ ISAE 3402

SOC 1 Type 2

This report evaluates the service controls of an organization in compliance with SSAE 18 auditing standards and focuses on the controls relevant to an audit of a user entity’s financial statements. This standard demonstrates that the service organization has adequate controls and processes. The report contains all the descriptions of the service organization’s financial controls and detailed testing of these controls.


6. SOC II Type II

SOC 2 Type 2

The SOC II Type II compliance guarantees that an organization has taken adequate measures to ensure security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of the systems used to process data by the service organization.



Neeyamo, as an organization, is committed to protecting privacy rights and pledges to protect the personal information of its customers and employees. Further, the organization has implemented an initiative to build an Enterprise Data Privacy Framework for complying with EU – GDPR. We encourage our employees to regularly review, monitor and report any suspicious or unrecognized activities immediately.


8. EU – US Privacy Shield

Neeyamo is committed to EU-U.S Privacy Shield Frameworks designed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission to provide companies on both sides with a mechanism to comply with data protection requirements when transferring personal data.


9. Six Sigma

A statistical quality program to measure and improve the quality of transactions carried out as part of day-to-day delivery, identify defects, and log the results for analysis and building the improvement plan.


10. Kaizen

This helps drive the culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization, including grass root level – involving all employees.
