As our HR Specialist in Greece, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping that positive experience for our team, contributing directly to our overall success.

This role goes beyond the paperwork. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR in Greece, navigating the intricacies of local labor laws and ensuring our employee relations are strong. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement, you'll be the employee life cycle expert.

Your role in a nutshell

As our Greek HR expert, you'll hold many responsibilities: fostering CHC culture, partnering on talent strategy, managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, guiding performance, overseeing training, boosting engagement, and driving employer branding – all while keeping a watchful eye on HR KPIs.

Core responsibilities

  • Develop the HR strategy, aligning with business goals and budgets. Implement global CHC (Company, Culture, Happiness) initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (H2R), including recruitment, development (training & reviews), and succession planning. Manage high performers and underperformers.
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with Greek regulations, collaborating with local compliance teams to resolve any issues. Monitor health & safety adherence.
  • Deploy global training programs and manage local training needs in collaboration with vendors.
  • Initiate activities to cultivate a positive and engaging work environment in Greece.
  • Lead Employer Branding initiatives and D&I programs to attract and retain top talent in Greece.
  • Act as the single point of contact for local Business Managers on talent acquisition, development, and transversal topics.
  • Manage the local talent pipeline, anticipating future needs and flagging at-risk positions.
  • Coordinate annual talent reviews and succession planning, ensuring compliance with global frameworks. Manage relations with labor unions.
  • Track HR KPIs and provide insights to inform strategic decisions across local, regional, and global levels.
