Your role in a nutshell

Leveraging your bilingual fluency, you'll navigate complex conversations to gather accurate employment details. A champion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction, you'll ensure compliance while resolving inquiries. MS Office savvy and a quick learner, you'll thrive in this fast-paced, strategic role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound calls with efficiency (approximately 70 checks to be attempted via calls and emails and an expectation of 15% to 20% successful closures)
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different business scenarios
  • Get employment & education verification from different sources. Identify customers’ needs, clarify the business need, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers to enhance overall customer experience
  • Maintain records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible manner
  • Frequently attend training & seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Experience and Skills


  • Someone who has worked in a corporate environment and has worked in a similar role will be preferred.
  • Should showcase professional behaviors; uphold company policies and guidelines.
  • Capability to perform tasks autonomously and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Strong focus on precision and a dedication to delivering excellent work.


  • University/college degree
  • Experience Required – 0-1 Years
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in call centers, is preferred.
